Sheet music itself is digital because it has a finite number of places the notes can go and a finite combination of notes however the performance of the music is analog because there a infinite slight changes a performer can make that would change things even something small such as pausing for an extra second between two notes.
The alphabet is digital because there are only 26 letters, a finite amount, but writing is analog because there are infinite possible combinations of letters and words to create a story.
